On this episode of the Greater Than The Game Podcast, we talk with former Assistant Basketball Coach Stephen Sauers.  Sauers is the son of hall-of-fame college basketball Coach Doc Sauers. In his career, he has had multiple coaching and administrative positions at programs like NJIT, Marist, and Seton Hall.  Sauers managed his roles without letting anyone know he was battling with OCD.

In the Podcast, Sauers talks about his basketball journey from his time as a college basketball player for his father to his time coaching overseas.  He opens up about his OCD and the strategies he uses to manage it. He also speaks on what pushed him to be more vocal about the condition and become a spokesperson for Mental Health Today, where he travels the country telling his story and raising awareness.
